No mobile data indoors. Calls are interrupted.

For the past month I have no mobile data indoors. Calls don't connect or when they do, people can't hear me. When I move outside and a little away, services resume. 

 

I am so tired of this. My husband has the same issue.

I managed to connect to ID mobile via chat couple of times and been asked to change some settings which I did, but then the chat always disconnects before reaching a resolution.

I tried to file a complaint but it doesn't go through.

There is no issue with the signal. I checked online. 

I also tried to move my SIM in another phone. Same issue.

I tried to restart it. Same issue.

Please help.

I’m having the same issues. As soon as I walk out of my apartment, I lose internet connectivity as well as I’m unable to make any calls. Even when I am inside the house I cannot make calls. I have been with this network since April last year and this problem has started a month ago. Even when I am luckily on a call, my call will get disconnected given me the prompt call failed. Just waiting for my contract to end so that I can switch networks. I have got  another number on a different network in case I have to make calls and have been given out my new number to my contacts so that they don’t call me on my iD number anymore. Such a big disappointment and a shame as I was happy with their service for over a year

Is there a time line for this issue to be fixed? The outages have been reported over two weeks ago
