For the past month I have no mobile data indoors. Calls don't connect or when they do, people can't hear me. When I move outside and a little away, services resume. I am so tired of this. My husband has the same issue.I managed to connect to ID mobile via chat couple of times and been asked to change some settings which I did, but then the chat always disconnects before reaching a resolution.I tried to file a complaint but it doesn't go through.There is no issue with the signal. I checked online. I also tried to move my SIM in another phone. Same issue.I tried to restart it. Same issue.Please help.
