no network

I've been having problems for over a week. Not able to receive or make calls. I'm am a first responder for vulnerable adults in my care. All I keep seeing is not registered on network it's so another being able to contact ID.

Ah I see the issue at your postcode @Lynne Sims -

Unfortunately, as the infrastructure is owned by 3UK, it is down to them to resolve issues. It might be worth contacting them directly for updates? Alternatively, you may wish to switch networks (but not one that piggybacks 3UK) and keep your Mobile Number: Here’s how:

No. I spoke on chat bod and eventually got a new sim. Still jo cover.  When checking they are saying there's a problem in area two weeks now
