No network

Since December 31st we have no network - we can't make or receive calls, the Internet doesn't work, we can't send or receive text messages. I contacted the ID on the chat, it was supposed to be reset and nothing. I pay 19 pounds for one bill monthly and for several days we have been excluded from communication with others… My partner bought a card from another network to have contact with others. It's really not right, because we pay bills monthly, commit for two years, and you won't even fix the network connection for a few days.

Hi there @Malwina85

It could be worse, you could be like us, we’ve been having issues for months!

I take it both phones must be showing no service, or is it a weak signal?

Have you checked your postcode via this link?

We're fixing an issue in this area at the moment and aim to have things back up-and-running as soon as possible. We're sorry for any disruption this may cause and will add any further updates here…

I ordered a replacement SIM cards..

I’d just keep an eye on that link until is shows as no known issues. Then restart the phones after.

Yes replacements SIMs can sometimes fix issues. When they arrive you’d need to register them and this can be done via the iD app or online account.

Hi @Malwina85

I’m sorry to hear this, you have no bars of signal or connection whatsoever?

Is this everywhere you go or just a certain location(s)?

This is multiple devices/plans/SIMs?
