I’m not able to use my network

Hi ​@rawatsundar44 

When you say ‘not able to use my network’ can you please expand on this.
Is it everything??
Or can you make/receive calls and not text or use data, can send/receive texts and use data and not be able to make/receive calls??
What phone do you have?
When did you move to iD Mobile?

I’m not able to use new replacements sim, I had eSIM so I requested for physical sim they send me two SIM card I activated both of sims but it’s not working no phone call no data usage
