Question

no network

My wife swapped her number and service and phone number from Three yesterday and she’s had the confirmation the swap has happened but it’s still showing no network on the physical sim and the network provider is still Three. What do we do? We’ve tried removing the sim and reinstalling it and most suggestions offer to send a sms message so she can access it, but she can’t access sms….nut stuck and need some help

Does your spouse’s SIM work in a different phone, @Tim Oakley

Has your spouse’s Three SIM card stopped working?

Is the number your spouse wanted to keep shown in her iD account online and the app?

We haven’t tried the SIM in another phone but could give it a go. She’s able to send Imessages/Whatapp.

The correct number is showing on her ID account online and the APP

Perhaps your spouse’s phone mistakenly ‘thinks’ there are two SIM cards, @Tim Oakley

If their iD mobile data works (i.e. they can use iMessage and WhatsApp), then maybe the phone is not using the iD SIM as the primary (default) line, for calls and SMS text messages.

Hey there @Tim Oakley, we’re sorry to hear this. Are you still having issues with this currently?

Thanks,
