This has got to be 1 of the worst services!! I can't send and receive calls atall for 2 days now! I have missed aload of people trying to call me aswell as my phones not even ringing. What's going on??

Hi ​@Pixel-Pixie  and  ​@James yun  we are really sorry for any inconvenience the outage caused. Our team worked as quick as they could to get everything up and running.

Unfortunately from time to time, as with any technology, sometimes things don’t work as they should. We completely understand this isn’t ideal, and are very sorry this happened to you.

Agree. Same thing happened to me. No info online about the outrage. I have lost work because of it.

... I have lost work because of it.

Just to say, a grey area perhaps, but the iD Mobile terms & conditions say their network services are for personal, not business / commercial, use.
