What is the compensation plan for yesterday’s network issue and service failure?

We had experienced an outage with our partners at Three, which may have explained the problems you had been facing? We are very sorry about any inconvenience caused, but this has all been resolved now. 

Unfortunately from time to time, as with any technology, sometimes things don’t work as they should. We completely understand this isn’t ideal, and are very sorry this happened to you. Compensation won’t be offered at this time.
