no network and internet since 3/4 weeks

Android version 16, Samsung A36, physical card, m.z7@interia.pl. I've been having internet problems since February. On February 25th, I went to Poland and had no internet there for three weeks. Yesterday I returned to the UK and still have no internet and can't make calls – it says "not registered on network." I've tried restarting, removing the card, disconnecting from the network, and there's still a problem!
