Hello I haven’t been able to have any network connection both outside and inside on the BH8 area Bournemouth, please can someone help anytime I start a live chat it closes as soon as I’m connected to an agent. I have done all the usual check switches on and off taken sim out etc but no connection at all no calls data or text services seem to be working , luckily I work from home so just using the WiFi but I really need it for when I go out! Help!
