No network for over four days now

Hello I haven’t been able to have any network connection both outside and inside on the BH8 area Bournemouth, please can someone help anytime I start a live chat it closes as soon as I’m connected to an agent. I have done all the usual check switches on and off taken sim out etc but no connection at all no calls data or text services seem to be working , luckily I work from home so just using the WiFi but I really need it for when I go out! Help!

Hello yes the coverage has been fine it just says 5G is not covered at the moment but 3G and 4G is all good , I need to switch to another network as it has nearly been 5 days now if this issue cannot be resolved ??

OK, theres steps and things we can check for you.

Is it just calls affected, or data too ​@Channi ?

What handset are you using please?

Are you using an eSIM or physical SIM?

Have you already contacted us about this at all?

It’s everything I am afraid calls texts and mobile data, I am using a physical sim on an iPhone 14 Pro yes I am trying to email as well as live chat but the live chat has been unhelpful because when I get through to an agent it immediately closes and ends the chat frustratingly
