no network for weeks

I cannot make calls or receive calls for over 4 weeks now.
My husband is a cancer patient, he is having chemotherapy and I cannot access calls
From the hospital or make calls to the cancer nurses when I need them urgently.

I have tried everything on the website help page , the sim doesn’t work in any other phone either. You provide no live help. I pay £37 a month for nothing. Send me another sim or cancel my Contract.

Can you imagine how panicked I am
When I cannot make a call
For help when my husband is not well !!!!!

Sort this out asap, I am going to take this further as I believe I am Being scammed , you take full payment without fail without providing me with any kind of service. No network , no customer service, no number to call .
Everyone else’s mobile network works fine. My kids are on three mobile and their phones work perfectly. The issue is with Id mobile.

No this does not help. I am Not on 3G. I have tried everything on ur community page. My 4g is enabled. I have a iPhone 14. Everyone else’s phone in my house works . I am the only one with ID mobile and only you are not providing me with a service and charging me the full £37 every month. I’m fed up of being passed from pillar to post. Cancel my Contract and give me my money back.

Hey there @noreenaali, when you go into phone settings, is your number showing?

Also, please try turning off iMessage, then restart your phone and attempt a few calls, and see if this helps.

Finally, what’s the full postcode you’re having issues in please?

Thanks,

Tyler
