no network signal and no data


I’ve got no service or data only been like this since the weekends issues with three mobile phasing out 3G.

 

I need my phone for my cancer treatment and have called up the vulnerable customers line to be fobbed off with I don’t know answers and try later and still nothing happening, 44.99 a month I pay for something I can’t even use.

never had this problem with any other network

Day 4 still no service and seriously let down by the vulnerable customers help line, would rather be with a different service provider now and cancel the whole contract disgraceful customer service.
