No one availabile in live chat for help

 Data not working since Monday noon. Calls and text messages are fine. I've tried every recommendation from FAQs. Tried live chat multiple times as well but no one available to help me. I got an e sim.

I'm really sorry to hear that you've had no data access since Monday and were unable to get support through Live Chat. We're here now and will do our best to help you.

To start, could you please confirm the following:

Do you have any remaining data allowance, or has your data bundle run out?

What is the make and model of your phone?

Once I have this information, I can look into the issue further for you

I'm on unlimited data and 2 years contract with UD mobile phone - Samsung Galaxy S24.

Can you try and manually connect to iD mobile network via the steps.
 
Swipe down on the main screen to reveal the notifications panel
Tap the settings icon
Tap Connections
Tap Mobile networks
Tap the switch button to turn Select automatically off
Select iD mobile

Wait few minutes and try test services again

Hi

 

I have tried. It doesn't work.

It's on full signal but no data working at all.

@Leopthu  Hello have you checked if there's been any ongoing work or reported outage in your postal code area?

Sometime its also good to check on the Three mobile website for outage reports. There may well be limited service's once again on your area.

Hi

 

I just checked both ID and 3 network. It says excellent service for both. There's no outage.
