Data not working since Monday noon. Calls and text messages are fine. I've tried every recommendation from FAQs. Tried live chat multiple times as well but no one available to help me. I got an e sim.

To start, could you please confirm the following:
Do you have any remaining data allowance, or has your data bundle run out?
What is the make and model of your phone?
