no phone calls

Can’t receive or make phone calls. Called complaints on 20th Sep they said there has been an issue since last Friday. Call back when you can make calls again and we will see if we can issue you compensation.

I have missed two important phone calls. They couldn’t even leave a voice mail. 
I have now gone and bought an EE sim. 
nothing but trouble with ID.

Hi @Kate8427,

Welcome to the Community!

As we turn off 3G you’ll need to enable VoLTE so that you can call over 4G.

I have had the same problem can’t make calls or listen to messages left .

This has been going on for at least 5 months now, had enough as getting no where with this online forum?? 
Thinking of changing!!!

You can’t make calls or listen to voicemails, correct?

 

Are you able to reach the voicemail service on 123?

 

Are you able to receive calls?

 

How are texts and data?

The txt and calls are hit and miss but also says this call has not been recognised?

I would advise contacting our Live Chat Team.

It seems that you may have a SIM or coverage issues.

You can check troubleshooting methods for coverage at the link below:

If no issues are showing you may require a replacement SIM.
