For the past two days I have not been able to make or receive phone calls.

I have data and can send/receive texts - just no phone calls.

I have gone through it with the chatbot concerning the 4g switchover and all seems fine.

Not sure what else I am supposed to do to diagnose the problem.

Hi @stantomalin
It certainly sounds like 3G has been turned off in your area and your phone isn’t set up to connect to the VoLTE (4G) network.
What phone do you have?
Is it on the ‘Approved handsets’ list?

Do you have ‘LTE’ enabled on your phone? This is a necessity to enable connection to the VoLTE(4G) network.
4G is only a label for the 4th Generation network and not the the ‘actual’ type of connection which is VoLTE (Voice over LTE).
It is worth doing an internet search to see if you can find an answer e.g. how to enable VoLTE on (make/model)

Good luck x

Thanks for reaching out to us here on the community.

Could you please confirm which handset you are using and what steps you have already gone through with our support team?
