Whereabouts @DuppyB

In just one location, or everywhere you’ve tried using the phone with your iD SIM?

I'm in London. My SIM is in my phone but for the last two days I keep having to restart my phone to get any kind of signal. It's ok for 5 mins or so then it stops working.

Maybe your iD SIM is damaged or faulty, @DuppyB

I was in central London last week, and enjoyed excellent 4G and 5G reception between Farringdon and Liverpool Street station.

Hi @DuppyB

Thanks for getting in touch.

We are very sorry to hear you are experiencing issues with the service.

Can you please provide an example postcode for where you experience the issue for us to check?

Also what is your handset make/model please?

Thanks,

Nat

Turns out that when I turned data off it also disconnected from the mobile network. Odd bit figured out at least.
