For the last month, my service has been awful, unable to call or send messages, not getting the services of the contract that I am paying for. Extremely disappointed. Unable to use the phone as a MOBILE device, only working via WiFi.

What device do u have? I have had the exact problem and managed to just fix myself today after hrs of online contact and 2 trips to curry’s changing SIM cards!

Ah ok, I have iPhone so don’t know if the same with galaxy But if u can update phone to newest version then once done  settings>Apps> scroll down to select phone and where it says ‘my Number’ type in ur number including the 0 then save. This seemed to work for me!  Hope it works for u, I know how bloody annoying it is and trying to get someone to help seems impossible! If not then maybe request a new SIM card (I just went into curry’s and picked one up as I had an eSIM..  Goodluck.. 🙏

I have had a new SIM and it seems to have helper so far.
