no service


Recently got new contract with iD, was working fine however last night phone went to no service mode and shows satelite on iphone 16 pro, spoke to iD numerous times they saying customer agent will contact me in next 48 hours I had sim swapped I done network settings reset I DONE IT ALL! Cant make call text no internet nothing since yesterday! Its so annoying I could not go to work as well which is very annoying! Anyones network have any issues ????? Or is it just me downdetector dont show anything same as their website

I spoke to Customer Service many times Today yesterday and I was told I will have update today. I called ID this morning and they said I need to wait another 48 hours for them to call me which is unacceptable. I am without my phone  from Sunday.

 

I done reset factory settings. I changed for new Sim from cars. I done everything all the settings I was on the phone to ID. I’ve done all the settings and still same.

I’ll try a different Sim in my phone and it works. I tried my Sim into another phone and it didn’t work.

please help me 

CT11 postcode but it’s everywhere, not just my postcode everywhere no reception everywhere since Sunday completely dead

I’ve been on the phone to ID this morning samd yesterday and there is no update they said I need to wait another 48 hours which is unacceptable. I am without my phone from Sunday which is three days now and I need to wait another 48 hours. I have changed New same I have done factory settings reset I’ve done all the settings I’ve been sold by ID. I tried everything. I have put my Sim card into another phone. It didn’t work. I have put different Sim to my phone and it didn’t work so the phone is fine. It must be something with my network I have iPhone 16 pro

ct119ju but no reception everywhere, not just for my postcode everywhere completely dead

If the issue has been raised with out technical team, they will be looking in to this further for you. 

On some occasions this can take 3-5 working days to complete but our team aim to work as quickly as possible. 

 

Have you been advised that they will reach out to you with an update?

They keep saying I need to wait but how longer do I need to wait its been since SUNDAY! Called this morning was told again 48 hours and no UPDATE this is unacceptable never in my life had this issue with network provider never go to iD never again and will not recommend to anyone very very extremely bad service extremely bad Customer Service when I call up to the phone centre all I hear is people laugh and scream and I can’t hear what the woman was saying because of that

Its been 4 working days now tomorrow will be 5th working day this morning I was told to wait until end of the week now no update whatsoever now I am stuck before which I can’t use absolutely horrible experience specially when you need to use your phone for work

I was told I will receive a phone call latest Sunday yesterday called up this morning. They don’t have a timeframe. I am still waiting. It’s been eight days they said they’re waiting for three. Network to get back to them, but how long do I need to wait? It’s been eight days.

This might sound silly but*

I tried my Sim into another phone and it didn’t work.

 

The latest SIM you obtained, you did activate it yourself via the app or online account didn’t you?

 

*I’m sure you would have, but just checking. Plus iD must see there’s ongoing issues.

 

I’ve also just checked the postcode ct119ju and it’s NOT showing as any known faults.

Yes tried it in different phone the SIM did not work also tried different SIM and my phone was working so it is not the phone issue yes I activated the SIM myself on website managed to get text saying its activated as my id wifi call working but no data no call no text when out

Yes I am but everyday they tell me different story everytime get told 48 hours and now no time frame

Okay, thanks for confirming. I’ve just spent some time reading this.

 

So you came to iD and for a short time it worked, then (I’m guessing after the port took place) the phone lost service and has remained that way ever since?

It sounds like the port failed to me or an issue with the port file, which surely iD have looked at the account side of things…?

No it was working fine even after port which was 3 weeks using without issues then all of sudden went to no signal

Well I’m baffled then. If it was working fine for that amount of time and then went kaput I can’t think of any reason why it would ‘just stop’. As you’ve said other SIMs work in your phone and your SIM doesn’t work in your phone or another phone, so it must be an account configuration issue, surely….?
