No service in G42, Glasgow area

I’ve been unable to make or receive calls or texts, and can’t use the internet. It’s been like this since mid afternoon, so 4 hours now. The status checker says there is an issue in the area and you are working on it. I need to know when it’s going to be back up and running, it simply isn’t good enough that a) this network is down so often and b) there is such a lack of updates.

I've just taken out new contract with id mobile. Moved over from EE. I work throughout Cumbria, the lakes and north Lancashire.  Never any issues. Network on id is rubbish. Keep losing signal. Constantly offline. I use phone for sat nav and work. Can't speak to anyone. All online robots. Waste of time

When and if it’s back up and running I’m switching, I’ve had enough. I’m been with o2 and vodafone over the years for years at a time and never had this bother with either of them.

I can't even speak to anyone.  Still within 30 day. Only been under 2 week. Want to cancel but can't get thru. Bloody auto robot 🤖

Hi. Postcode is la32ae but I work all around CA postcode Cumbria, lakes north Lancashire.  Never any issues on EE.
