Hi. I have very poor signal anywhere I go. I only joined ID a couple of days ago. How do I cancel mu contract?

Hi @Mullan439, I’m sorry to hear that you have coverage issues. However, you should be able to explore a return. If you purchased via Carphone Warehouse/Mobiles/E2Save etc, you’ll have a 14-day cooling off period. If you purchased via iD Mobile directly, this will be 30-days.

If you’re within your cooling off period, you’ll be able to contact the live chat team to set up a return and go over your options:
