no signal after changing sim card in store

I've had no service for a week, gone into store and they changed my sim card. This worked for 2 hours and it's back to the same. I can only use my phone on WiFi.

What phone do you have?

Have you checked the coverage and the status in your area?

Is the problem the same wherever you try to make a call over the mobile network or just in certain areas? This may narrow it down to whether it is a ‘phone’ problem or a network one.

Has the problem only just occured in the last 2 weeks, after being with iD Mobile a while, or have you recently moved over from another network?


Is your phone set up to connect to VoLTE (Voice over LTE is the type of network used for the 4G connection. ‘4G’ is only a label for the 4th Generation connection)?

All and any information will hopefully help us narrow down to the problem.
