I’ve had no bars and a greyed out signal since yesterday afternoon… I have an iPhone 14 Pro, 4g and 5g.
I have tried all the steps the ID suggest to regain signal but nothing works.
This is ridiculous!
Anyone else having issues and can someone from ID please help me?

I have been unable to make/receive calls for just over 2 weeks now and sadly no help from ID at all, apart from repeating the same suggestions over and over, then stating tech are investigating. No updates. Good luck getting nowhere fast and losing your sanity trying.
