Hi, 

 

Recently moved house and I don't think it's just and ID mobile thing as it was the same when I was with someone else.

 

I get signal outside no problem, however in my house I get no signal at all,

 

Is there any way or a device to change this?

I’m sorry to hear this, please could you let us know the postcode(s) where you have the issues inside?

 

Signal can have some interference should it be blocked by certain materials or if inside thicker walls.

It's a timber framed house so I'd have thought reception would be better, but unfortunately not the case 


Wall insulation is playing havoc with mobile signals.

Taking a look the area of CB23 3QA is expected to have a weak signal, sorry.
