I haven't had service around my home & city centre now for over a week. When will this be fixed?

Yes I’ve just checked myself and indeed Three are working on the network @Victoria Clark

Also, although I’m sure you know, but just to point out, 3G is showing as only good outdoors

So therefore I’d say Three are starting to switch off 3G in your area. So that puts you back into the realms of double checking your phone is ready for the switch off. The link I posted above (3G is being switched off) might now apply too.

No consolation to yourself either Victoria, but mines been the worst it’s ever been today and that’s using LTE with VoLTE. I can just about dial out (keep getting sorry it’s not been possible to connect your call please try again later) and others can’t call me, even with WiFi calling enabled😣

Hi there @Victoria Clark

I’ve no idea, but does it show as a known outage if you use your postcode in here?

https://www.three.co.uk/content/experience-fragments/threedigital/uk/en/site/mvno/network-status-checker/idmobile.html

If that states there’s no known issues, then the other (more likely as of late) thing is that 3G has been turned off in your area. Again use your postcode - it defaults to 4G, simply toggle it to 3G, 4G and 5G

And if 3G has indeed gone, again click on this

Hi @Victoria Clark

Sorry to hear this, please could you let us know the postcode(s) where you’ve been having issues?

Tom
