I live in the UK but am on holiday in the Maldives. I’m on 5g and never have problems connecting to WiFi in UK. However, here in the Maldives when I try to connect it connects successfully but, a few seconds later, I get the message “no internet connection” This has occurred everyday for the last week. In my room I also have an iPad and laptop and my wife has her mobile - all 3 devices connect without problems. My roaming is switched off. Please advise what I should do.

Probably best speak to the hotel about theWi-Fi network for hotel guests, @Gag Sidhu.Maybe you’ll need to open Safari, after you’ve connected to the hotel Wi-Fi, then login to the hotel network to get an Internet connection.Because you’re using the hotel Wi-Fi network, not a mobile data network,iD Mobile won’t have any influence over the hotel Wi-Fi network in the Maldives.
