Not getting my free currys or amazon voucher!

Hi all, I was just wondering if anyone had actually had any luck in redeeming any of these MSE (gift cloud) sign up vouchers?

When I signed up back in June I only did so due to the £30 Curry’s / Amazon voucher which was offered after 90 days of being a customer. 
 

Well that time came & past a while ago, I contacted MSE who told me it was nothing to do with them & down to gift cloud. 
Having contacted gift cloud, they have finally come back to me stating that I’d mobile have refused it due to it being a “duplicated reward”!

I’m at a loss to understand exactly what this means as I haven’t received any reward as yet so how can it have been duplicated?! I’m beginning to think this is all a scam.

I’m already not very happy with the service & signal I recieve. Traveling a lot for work I find it hard to get a decent connection in a lot of places.

Has anyone else actually got there giftcloud reward or had the same issues?

Adding to this, I know it’s cheap but it’s next to impossible to contact customer services, can anyone direct me to the contact details preferably email?

The rewards are ran by MSE/Giftcloud, unfortunately we can only advise to contact them directly, sorry.

Hi, thanks for the response, I’ve already contacted both.

MSE told me they do not have anything to do with it.

Giftcloud told me they contacted idmobile & we’re told mine was a “duplicated reward” so can not process it! I have no idea what this means as I’ve never received a reward & followed the instructions perfectly when signing up!

it all seems very misleading & I can’t help but think it’s all a scam to get new customers.

having searched this online I can clearly see that I’m not the only customer to be misled in this way.

Unfortunately, we are not able to advise further with the gift as these are run via third parties. 

If there has been an error or an issue with receiving a gift, this would need to be escalated and investigated via them directly. 

 

We are very sorry for an disappointment caused.
