not receiving or sending phone calls

How do I fix this! I’d mobile fixes and then it happens again. Seriously considering not renewing my contract!!

Hi ​@Solent7 

What phone do you have?

When you say ‘ mobile fixes and then it happens again’, can you make/receive calls in certain places and not in others or is it a case of your phone works for a while and then stops and if so what are the ‘fixes’ that are being used to reconnect to calls? 

Can you still use your data and send/receive texts?

It may be worth getting a replacement SIM to rule that out.

I thought it was fixed a few months ago but it has come back in the last few weeks!!

Hi, my husband and I have just joined and we’re not able to make or receive calls either. It’s dangerous for this to be the case for both of us. What’s the answer? It’s not the mobile service locally as we were with Three and EE previously with no issues…

My iPhone does not work either and has nothing to do with heavy usage etc etc. All my settings are fine - I’ve compared them to the rest of my family!! Seriously considering leaving iD!!

Hi ​@Solent7  I am sorry to hear this. Is it just poor coverage, or are you unable to make/receive calls at all?

If you are having issues everywhere, it may be worth testing the SIM in a different handset. If this still does not work, we would suggest getting a replacement SIM - How do I get a replacement SIM or eSIM? | iD Mobile Community
