Hello,

I have a Samsung Galaxy A5 (2017) and I live in South Somerset.

When I dial phone numbers, I keep getting the pop-up message "Not registered on network". I also do not receive most incoming calls - even though the phone is on me and the ringer is turned up, incoming calls go straight to voicemail. Also I’ve never been able to access the IDMobile app on my phone as I only get a pop-up message which reads “Unable to establish secure connection. Please try again later”.

I have followed your troubleshooting instructions, with no success.  However, I did discover that my Mobile Network State (accessed through settings/about phone/status/sim card status) reads “Disconnected”. This status is something that I cannot change.

I’m not a techy person, but I have never had such trouble with a phone before, and I am at my wits ends. Please help be before I bin the phone and IDMobile altogether!

Hi @SBR

With the recent 3G switch off, some users are reporting issues with calls, we apologise for any inconvenience caused, we'd recommend the following;

In terms of the app, are you able to try the website instead?
