not ringing

For a few weeks now, I am rarely able to make calls, when calling someone it says calling on the phone but there’s no ring tone and then after a while it says call failed, also people are for the most part not able to ring me as it either doesn’t ring my phone or goes straight to voicemail.

Won’t let me ring out keeps saying call failed and I can’t speak to 3 about if the network is down

Did you get this sorted by any chance? I have been having the same issue and it’s really stressing me out. Thanks, any help will be appreciated
