Is it for every OTP’s, or only some?

its with OTPs from Virgin money , Vodafone been happening since weekend 
I am getting OTPs from some providers like Gov portal 
I have a samsung Galaxy A55 5G 

if this doesnt get sorted asap I will be leaving and going to another provider 

I only swapped last week and this service is shocking ! 
Ive reported it multiple times 

Been going on since the weekend 

Vodfone , Virgin money , other banks too 

its not acceptable please advise whats going on
