Dear iD Mobile Customer Support,
I have been a customer with iD Mobile for approximately a year, and until recently, I have been generally satisfied with the service. However, over the past few weeks I have experienced recurring issues with signal loss. The only way to restore connection is by restarting my phone, which has become increasingly disruptive.
This problem occurs frequently during my working hours while I am out completing deliveries, where reliable service is essential. The repeated interruptions are not only inconvenient but are also beginning to negatively impact my work.
Given the amount I am paying each month for my plan, I do not feel I am receiving the level of service I am entitled to. This is very disappointing, and I would appreciate this matter being investigated and resolved as a priority. If the issue persists, I will be left with no option but to consider alternative providers.
