others cannot hear me

I joined iD 2 weeks ago using an eSIM. Others cannot hear me when I call them (normal voice call) and every person tells me that my line is very bad. I already checked the network and coverage status in my area and my phone VPN settings

Is this happening when calling all numbers? 

Is it worse in any particular area? If so can we please take the postcode?

It is the worst at my home address and I do not want to provide the postcode on this platform. It happens no matter who I call. The handset is a Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra
