OTP Not being received

Hi

Just joined from Lebara, ported over a number on Friday - I still can’t receive OTP from various apps such as banking and eBay, these are essential for me to access. I have seen numerous reports of this online with no resolutions apparent, I’ve been told it’s a technical issue that will be resolved in 48 hours but already losing faith and considering cancelling this plan. I’ve also been given another eSim which made no difference.

    Hey there ​@70RSMAT, we’re very sorry to hear that. When you go into phone settings, does your correct phone number show?

     

    Also, I see you mention you’ve been told it’s a technical issue to and to wait 48-hours, was that via contacting us you were told that?
