Outage on Wed 25Jun2025  


Have I missed any  update from Customer Support regarding the recent outage? (Wed 25Jun2025)

 

I've had no text or email  acknowledging the downtime (unable to receive or sent calls) from iDMobile reps leaving me even more in the dark wondering what’s going on?

Thinking my phone was malfunctioning, I went to my local Curry’s to learn iDMobile network is down.

 The outage really, really impacted me because unable to be contacted and no WhatsApp installed

With no apology, acknowledgement or offer of compensation, (two days refund)  is concerning how iDMobile views customers.

Same issue with me. However I am now able to make calls but cannot receive or send messages! Since 25th June, absolute joke!

Hey there ​@MeTapo, we’re sorry to hear this. We did notify customers via social media and via our Community pages that the network was down for a brief period of time, with regular updates being posted via our Community forum.
