Have I missed any update from Customer Support regarding the recent outage? (Wed 25Jun2025)
I've had no text or email acknowledging the downtime (unable to receive or sent calls) from iDMobile reps leaving me even more in the dark wondering what’s going on?
Thinking my phone was malfunctioning, I went to my local Curry’s to learn iDMobile network is down.
The outage really, really impacted me because unable to be contacted and no WhatsApp installed
With no apology, acknowledgement or offer of compensation, (two days refund) is concerning how iDMobile views customers.
