outgoing calls not connecting

For the last few days I've been unable to make outgoing calls. When I try to call, it says 'calling' on the screen but it doesn't ring, then cuts out.

I can send and receive text messages fine

My husband is on ID too and has no issues.

@LWB do you have 4G VoLTE calling on? For Samsung A14:

  1. Open ‘Settings’.
  2. Tap ‘Connections’.
  3. Tap ‘Mobile Networks’.
  4. Tap ‘4G Calling’.
  5. Make sure the 4G Calling is set to ON.
