When trying to call me, callers get a message that my number isn’t recognised. Started yesterday. 
can receive texts.

    IPhone 14 Pro.

    I eventually got to contact someone on your live chat and they are sending me a new sim. But if this doesn’t work I’ll cancel my contract as I’ve had nothing but trouble since moving to you last month.
