Ported number from 3 to idMobile 2 days ago and now cannot make or receive calls. Have done all troubleshooting suggested in previous threads (network reset, toggle WiFi calling, volte etc) Phone has 5 bars and shows LTE connection. Have tried from several masts. Samsung galaxy S10+ SM-G975U

RESOLVEDReplacement SIM arrived and activated - same issue, no calling in or outSeveral hours of repeat trouble shooting - no joy.Saw a Reddit post from US that mentioned DNS and APNs.Deleted/disabled the ID APNthat had been installed on activation.Then chose the 3 APN that appeared as option (along with 3 hotspot and ID APNs)And bingo.... Everything works fine now.How very odd.Thanks everyone for your help. Hopefully this APN switch may fix for others, too…

Is your old Three SIM card still active? Could be a split port? Have you done a reset of your network settings? This usually fixes things.
