Phone call keep cutting out. Then it says " Your service doesn't allow access to this number"

Try and phone out with mobile signal and WiFi calling to the usual phone numbers I call and can't get past this message  " Your service doesn't allow access to this number" then cuts me off

Are you using an iD pay monthly SIM or a PAYG SIM, ​@BarryPreston

Does your iD SIM work properly in a different phone?

Pay monthly and I haven't got another phone to try but reading in the forums this isn't the first time id  customers have been subjected to this poor service

I’m having this exact same issue for the last 4 hours. Cant seem to find any answers. Never had any issues before

About the same amount of time as me are you in South Wales trying to figure out if it is a localised problem or bigger network issue

Could be an iD network issue, ​@curlykatz

There are other recent community topics, which seem to be reporting similar issues when trying to call out. 

Maybe restarting the phone with your iD SIM might help.

I’m experiencing the exact same thing this has been happening to me since four o clock I was on the phone and then the call cut off so tried calling back and got this message now no numbers will ring out but my data and texts are working

My phone calls kept cutting off and then had the message ‘your service doesn’t allow access to this number’ I have restarted my phone, it is up to date with updates and my bills are all paid. It is a network issue but no one is able to provide an answer 🙄

I have however received a phone call okay and my texts and data appear to be working

Yes me too all bills paid data and texts are working I feel there’s only a few of us this is happening too as just joined a group on fb and asked in there too and not everyone has been experiencing this today I’ve also updated phone restarted it reset all network settings and still nothing  I can also receive calls just can’t ring out

I'm having exactly the same issue, they claim to have reset my account twice and assured me this would solve it yet 3hrs later exactly the same.

Who did you speak to what number did you call

I couldn't call anyone as couldn't dial out even to the 7777 number. I spent over 90mins on live chat trying to get it sorted.

I used the live chat too didn’t get much help other then being told that a technician will be in touch in the next 48 hours

Seemed very convenient to me when they said it will be fine in the next hour or so when it was exactly an hour before the chat closed 🤷🏻

It worked at 6am then tried to make a call around 8 am and bang it was off again 😤
