phone cuts out

My phone keeps cutting out as does

ny husbands. 
we have both just recently in the last few months moved to ID and this is an ongoing issue. 
any one know why and how I can report it and get some help?

Our home postcode is PR25 2TL 

 

it has happened on a variety of occasions. It also happens out and about.

@BecksN,

If you are having issues everywhere you go and out and about it may be a SIM issue.

However as you and your husband are both having the issue it may be an issue in the area.

What issues are you having with calls, texts and data?
