I need assistance, unable to contact anyone from customer services. My phone has not been working properly for months and only getting worse! When I ring out , if it is able to ring it cuts out, I can hear them but they can’t hear me for a while before fully going off. I tried to phone my son 7 times yesterday and it would not ring, he tried to ring me and the phone call did not come through. Need urgent assistance. This is shocking and I need my phone urgently for work and family commitments

How do I speak to anyone to sort this out. I’ve got a new phone so assuming the phone needs replacing? Could someone please advise asap. Thanks

Firstly, put your postcode into here as this should show you if there’s a known issue
Then again using your postcode, see what it says here for 4G
Then on the above look at the result for 3G and (if applicable) 5G
If 3G has gone then this might apply
If your old phone then works you probably didn’t need a new phone.
