Hi,

I have har a problem with my phone line since Thursday 19.09. 

I can't call or get any incoming call.

I need help

    Hi @Gowsalya,

    Welcome to the Community!

    As 3G is switched of you’ll now need to enable 4G and VoLTE on your handset settings.
