I still can’t use my phone I have a new sim and 16 days no service nobody seems to know how to resolve this? Can somebody help I can’t use it when not connected to WiFi.

Sorry to hear that you have had issues for a long period.

I would advise checking the coverage and network status in your area.

If you don’t see any issues it may be a faulty SIM card.
