My phone is not able to make calls, when calling someone it says calling on the phone but there’s no ring tone. People have told me they answer but they can’t hear me nor me them. Also people are for the most part not able to ring me as it either doesn’t ring my phone or goes straight to voicemail but I don’t get a missed call notification.

We’re aware of an issue the other day, that has since been resolved, that affected calls.
Can you confirm if you’re still having the same issues now please?

I had no problems yesterday but then the issue was very sporadic, so i will give it a couple of days and if the issue persists i will comment again.

Hello,
I can confirm the issue is still happening. I just tried to call someone and there was no dial tone but they had answered and I could not hear. They phoned me on WhatsApp instead which works fine as my phone is connected to wifi.
