Phone not working

I recently joined ID Mobile from Three. I did this as it stated it used the Three network.

Since joining I have been having significant issues with my phone not receiving or being able to make any calls in certain areas of my house which I previously had no issues with.

When people try to call me it persistently rings out but never offers them the chance to go to voicemail and I never receive a missed call notification so I have no idea that they have ever tried to call.

This is causing me lots of problems and I would like this to be resolved.

Have you tried the SIM card in another device?
