Phone signal keeps dropping out


I have recently joined ID mobile a week ago and my phone keeps losing signal when making phone calls? 

What can be done to help or should I cancel my agreement?

I’m sorry to hear this, does this happen everywhere or just in certain location(s)?

 

Have you tried your SIM card in another device to test?

It seems to happen everywhere. 

 

Yes I have tried the SIM in another phone and it's still the same?

It could be a faulty SIM card. Maybe a replacement would fix the issue.

Otherwise, perhaps it might be best to return your order in the contract cooling-off period, @Amyleanne11

Okay, it could be worth as @andewhite suggest a replacement SIM card, these can be picked up from any Currys store and activated at the link here.
