Phone signal keeps dropping out

It seems to happen everywhere. 

Yes I have tried the SIM in another phone and it's still the same? 

It could be a faulty SIM card. Maybe a replacement would fix the issue.

Otherwise, perhaps it might be best to return your order in the contract cooling-off period, @Amyleanne11.

Okay, it could be worth as @andewhite suggest a replacement SIM card, these can be picked up from any Currys store and activated at the link here.
