Its allowing me on the internet and too send out texts and make calls but people can not text me or ring me it's not allowing them why is this

I am sorry to hear that! Have you ported your number into our network recently? If so, it can take up to 2 working days to complete and you may need to update your phone settings to ensure it displays the correct number. Let us know if this issue is still happening.
