Phone unable to make calls

I'm unable to make calls on my Samsung A70.  Software is up to date, checked settings, coverage is supposed to be excellent.    4G doesn't appear on the screen.  WiFi Calling doesn't seem to work.  Is this linked to 3G turn off?

Has the 3G network service just been switched OFF in your area, @LHDNo8

Have you tried using WiFi Calling with your Galaxy A70 in flight-mode?

I have an A70 and also the exact same problem, been almost a month now with no calls in or out and getting nowhere with tech or customer complaints department. According to their logs I can make calls, this is blatantly wrong as I clearly can't. They have now escalated my case to THREE for investigation, but its a little too late now as I have found a new provider and switching over this week. Shocking network!

I switched networks last week and funny enough my phone worked oerfectly immediately. All calls back to normal and good coverage. Its the best thing I did and it definitely proves that the issue is not with any of our phones but an ID/THREE issue. I even fought and won for a reduction on my exit fee.

Hi - I have done that.  Still not working.  Another user has identified the A70 as a problem, although it is on the list as OK.  Are you able to check whether there is a wider A70 problem?  See Blueeyes90 response.
