Phone wont make or accept calls

Hi,

 

I have not been able to make or receive calls for over a week now. I have done a Apple software update but still i cannot make or receive calls.

 

VERY FRUSTRATING!!

Have you tried changing the number in Settings > Phone > My Number, @rhyspegram? 

For example: change 07 to +44 7, or change +44 7 to 07, and Save, then restart your iPhone.

    Check the number  my bill is paid up to date  but still can't make calls saying need to make payment

    Does anyone know how to contact I'd mobile by speaking to someone on the phone at customers service

    Can you please confirm the date that the payment was made? 

    If it was today, a restriction can take up to 24 hours to lift.
