How do I go about obtaining a Physical SIM from ID Mobile?

Navigate to: Plan > Customer service PIN

Click on the pencil next to the PIN and you can now enter a new PIN of your own choosing.

    Thank you Welsh Paul. But every time I use the Live Chat, it asks for my pin and I entered the pin exactly as it is appears on the ID mobile app and it was rejected I.e. Live Chat keeps coming back asking for my pin. Talk about intensely frustrating.

    Are you able to pop into your local Curry’s store ​@WelshWife? You can pick one up from there at no cost. 

    Regarding your pin not working, have you tried changing it to something else from within the app?

    How do I change my pin with the app please.?I am at the end of my tether with ID mobile .
