Hi guys new to ID but have always been with three and therefore was happy to swap. My only issue is either the network connectivity is shocking or my brand new pixel 8 supplied by car phone warehouse is shocking

Firstly I would advise checking the coverage by testing the SIM in a different handset.
If you don’t see any improvement I would advise checking the coverage using the coverage checker.

If you don’t see any issues and no improvements in the other handset it may be a faulty SIM.
